Email is the best way to reach us. Your emails go directly to Wendy (the publisher) who checks messages throughout the day. Because we are such a tiny operation and need to keep our creative focus, we have very limited phone hours. Denise takes calls from 9 to 4:30 on Tuesdays and Fridays (except when she's at lunch).

Tiny. Really tiny. Bad Monkey is a home-based business run by publisher Wendy Ice, who is the widow of artist David Delamare. The company has just one, very part-time employee, Denise. Wendy works long and late hours. It's not unusual for her to still be working at 5 or 6 am.

Yes! We offer prints, posters, giclée prints and cards to stores at wholesale. Email Denise to inquire about opening an account or call Denise Tuesdays or Fridays at 503-232-9947.

We've shipped successfully to just about everywhere. There are Delamare art lovers all over the world—even on Pitcairn Island, of Mutiny on the Bounty fame, and that's considered the most remote inhabited place on earth.

If you need shipping outside the U.S., please write to us and tell us what items you're considering. We'll give you shipping rates and options (we charge only the actual cost of shipping and insurance). Then you can decide whether you'd like to order the item.

We generally can deliver a custom paper print to a U.S. address within two weeks of your order. Canvas prints can take up to three weeks (because they must be printed, transported to our framer, and stretched).

We offer very flexible layaway plans. (Take up to a year to pay for any original work of art of $300 or more.) Let us know how many payments you'd like to make and we'll send an agreement and pre-addressed dated payment envelopes.

We're a tiny company but we do sell to stores (mostly in the U.S.) Email us to inquire whether there is a store near you. We also encourage you to ask your favorite store to carry our prints and/or cards. We love to work with other small unique businesses. In fact, we do not sell to big box stores or major chains.

Yes. You can choose a website gift certificate in any denomination. Just send us a Paypal payment with the "payments" link in the help menu. Indicate the amount and in your notes, indicate the name and email address of the person you'd like it sent to. We'll process it and send you a confirmation when it goes through.
